About Chef Nick Tran
Currently attending HCC Culinary Arts school to obtain his diploma in Baking and Pastry, graduating in Summer of 2017. Nick struck out for the bright lights in Houston where he used to Chef and owner of SASU Sushi Bar and Grilled in Sugar Land, Texas.  At the young age, Chef Nick was inspired by his Mother’s culinary skills in Vietnamese Cuisine and thus has developed the fusion cooking techniques of Vietnamese and various other cuisines.  Chef is experienced in preparing RAW FOOD, HOT FOOD and now BAKING/DESSERT.

is currently partnering with his son, Chris (A.K.A CUBI), to promote their latest gig, CUBIs CORNER, doing variety events such as POP-UP, Kitchen-Take-Over as well as dedicating his free time cooking for several Charity Organizations.

Chef’s future vision is to open a small Cafe with his wife (after her retirement), his Son, and two daughters.  This new endeavor will certainly expand his own Fusion recipes of the combination of RAW/HOT/BAKE skill set.
